Hello! My name is Jami Cantrell and I am a photographer based in the Seattle and Tacoma area. I’m so glad you’re here!

I specialize in weddings, births, and portraits, and I love capturing the real moments, the ones you didn’t even realize were happening. The quiet in-between, the big emotions, the messy, beautiful, perfectly imperfect pieces of your day. My goal is simple. To tell your story in a way that feels true to you and gives you something you can hold onto forever.

A little fun fact about me, outside of people-focused work, I am an award winning, internationally, nationally, and locally published photographer. I have been obsessed with orcas for as long as I can remember, and you will usually find me on a shoreline somewhere in the Pacific Northwest with a camera in hand, waiting for that next encounter.

Whether it is a wedding, a birth, or a pod of whales passing by, I am drawn to raw, real moments and the stories they tell.
